        HBP oilfield processing technology covers single well gathering and metering, oil and gas separation, crude oil dehydration, crude oil desalination, crude oil stabilization, crude oil boosting and external transmission, etc.The efficient separation of crude oil treatment can realize that water cut in oil is no more than 0.2%, oil content in water is no more than 200mg/L.Crude oil desalination can realize that salt content in oil is no more than 10PTB, and oil content in water is no more than 150mg/L.Crude oil stabilization can realize that the R.V.P is not more than 10 psia and the hydrogen sulfide is not more than 10ppm, when the temperature is 38℃.

 

        HBP gas field processing technology covers all core processing technologies, such as natural gas pre-treatment, natural gas sweetening, natural gas dehydration, external transmission booster metering, light hydrocarbon recovery, sulfur recovery, tail gas treatment and natural gas liquefaction.The content of H₂S, CO² and RSH in purified gas can be less than 4ppmv, 50ppmv and 16mg/m3 respectively by amine sweetening.Molecular sieve dehydration can realize water content is less than 1ppmv.The recovery rate of propane for light hydrocarbon recovery module, can reach 99%.Total sulfur can be recovered by 99.9%, according to customer’s demand and applicable process.
